Forever Wild Membership Opt-Out

Forever Wild Members have the option to opt-out of or terminate certain ticket programs. For full details regarding these opt-out/termination options, please refer to the Minnesota Wild Season Ticket Member Terms and Conditions.

Minnesota Wild Forever Wild Memberships are in high demand and cannot be reactivated or renewed when cancelled. Once we receive the opt-out form below, a Minnesota Wild Fan Relations Representative will contact you to finalize your opt-out.

Note: If you opt-out of your current ticket package or Forever Wild Membership you will forfeit your seat location, tenure, and benefits.
